【摘要】 目的:研究太宁栓联合祛毒煎剂对急性白血病(acute leukemia,AL)患者化疗后肛周感染的预防作用。方法:收集曾有肛门疾病如肛裂、痔疮病史的68例AL化疗患者,随机分为2组,治疗组采用太宁栓塞肛联合祛毒煎剂坐浴治疗,直至骨髓恢复,对照组采用传统的1∶5000高锰酸钾液坐浴治疗,直至骨髓恢复。比较2组AL肛周感染发生率。结果:对照组32例AL中有10例发生肛周感染,发生率31.25%;治疗组36例AL中有4例发生肛周感染,发生率11.11%,较对照组肛周感染率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:太宁栓塞肛联合祛毒煎剂坐浴治疗法对预防AL化疗后肛周感染具有显著疗效,有助于化疗过程的顺利完成和改善患者化疗期间的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To study the preventive effect of Titanoreine suppository combined with Qüdu decoction on perianal infection of acute leukemia (AL) patients after chemotherapy. METHODS: 68 AL patients with anal diseases, such as anal fissures and hemorrhoids, were collected and divided into 2 groups randomly. Control group was treated with traditional 1 ∶ 5000 potassium permanganate (PP)solution sitz bath until bone marrow suppression recovery after chemotherapy, while the treatment group was treated with Titanoreine suppository combined with Qüdu decoction sitz bath until bone marrow suppression recovery after chemotherapy. The incidence of perianal infection was compared between 2 groups. RESULTS: 10 patients suffered from perianal infection among 32 patients in control group, with incidence of 31.25%; 4 patients suffered from perianal infection among 36 patients in treatment group, with incidence of 11.11%, and the incidence of perianal infection decreased significantly, compared with control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Titanoreine suppository combined with Qüdu decoction sitz bath have a significant effect on perianal infection of AL patients after chemotherapy, contribute to completion of chemotherapy process smoothly and improve the quality of life of patients during chemotherapy.更多还原
