【摘要】 目的:为干部门诊老年患者安全用药提供参考。方法:采用自行设计的问卷调查表,随机抽取我院2011年干部门诊患者1032例,采用直接询问患者与医师医嘱相结合的方式,填写用药情况调查表,然后进行统计、分析。结果:我院干部门诊老年患者平均患有(5.75±2.20)种疾病,平均使用药品(6.91±3.26)种;20.9%的受访者会改变医师交待的用法或用量;37.2%的受访者会漏服药品;16.7%的受访者会忘记自己是否已经服过药;有7.8%的受访者会自己选择药品服用;不知道用法用量时咨询药师的仅占3.9%。结论:老年患者所患疾病及合并用药品种多,对于药品的使用存在误区;应加强药师指导用药,在患者取药时要根据老年人的心理、生理特点反复交待,提高老年患者的依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:Analyze influential factors of safe use of drugs for elderly patients in cadre outpationt department.METHODS:Self-designed questionnaire was designed,1 032 patients were randomly collected from cadre outpatient department ofour hospital in 2011. Questionnaires of drug use were filled out by direct information inquiry from patients and doctor’s advice,and they were analyzed statistically. RESULTS:In cadre outpatient department,elderly patients suffered from(5.75±2.20) kindsof diseases,and(6.91±3.26) species of drugs were used averagely;20.9% of respondents would change usage and dosage ad-vised by doctors;37.2% of respondents missed some drugs;16.7% of respondents would forget whether they had taken drugs;7.8% of the respondents would choose to take drugs by themselves;only 3.9% who didn’t know the usage and dosage consultedpharmacists. CONCLUSION:Elderly patients suffer from various diseases and combination of various drugs exists,and they havesome mistaken ideas on drug use. We should strengthen pharmacist guidance and advise the elderly repeatedly according to physio-logical characteristics of them to improve compliance of elderly patient.更多还原
