【摘要】 目的:评价我院口服抗高血压药的应用情况。方法:收集2008-2011年我院计算机管理信息系统中的药品出库数据,对口服抗高血压药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等进行统计、分析。结果:我院口服抗高血压药的销售金额呈逐年上升趋势,钙通道阻滞药(CCB)的销售金额最高,其次是血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗药(ARB)和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)。DDDs排序列前2位的是苯磺酸氨氯地平片和硝苯地平控释片。结论:我院口服抗高血压药的应用与国内、外高血压防治指南中的推荐用药相符,也符合当前的抗高血压用药原则。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital.METHODS:The ex-warehouse data of oral antihypertensive drugs recorded in computer in our hospital from 2008 to 2011 were analyzed statistically in respects of consumption sum,DDDs and DDC.RESULTS:The consumption sum of oral antihypertensive drugs was increasing year by year.Calcium channel blockers(CCB) took the lead in consumption sum,followed by angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist(ARB) and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI).The top 2 drugs in terms of DDDs were Amlodipine besylate tablets and Nifedipine controlled-release tablets.CONCLUSION:The use of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital conforms to the general utilization tendency both at home and abroad as well as the medication principle of antihypertensive drugs.更多还原
