【摘要】 目的:探讨实施干预措施对我院Ⅰ类清洁手术预防性应用抗菌药物的作用。方法:对我院2010年6-10月(干预前)及2011年6-10月(干预后)甲状腺、乳腺、疝气修补术3种Ⅰ类清洁手术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物进行回顾性分析。结果:干预后抗菌药物的应用率、用药选择、给药时长等较干预前有较大改进,但术中追加抗菌药物的情况还有待改进。结论:医院对围术期预防性应用抗菌药物实施干预,可促进临床安全、有效、经济、合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To explore the effects of intervention measures on prophylactic application of antibacterial agents in type Ⅰ clean surgery in our hospital.METHODS:The perioperative prophylactic application of antibacterial agents in typeⅠ clean surgery,such as thyroid,mammary gland and hernia neoplasty,in our hospital was analyzed during Jun.to Oct.in 2010 and Jun.to Oct.in 2011.RESULTS:The utilization ratio of antibacterial agents,medication selection and medication duration had been improved after intervention,but the additional use of antibacterial agents during surgery still had some problems.CONCLUSION:It is beneficial to promote safe,effective,economical and rational drug use by intervening in perioperativing prophylactic application of antibacterial agents in hospital.更多还原
