【摘要】 目的:比较国产与进口罗库溴铵用于颈椎外伤手术全麻气管插管的成本-效果。方法:将拟在气管插管全身麻醉下行择期手术的颈椎外伤患者30例随机均分为国产罗库溴铵组和进口罗库溴铵组,2组分别应用国产或进口罗库溴铵进行麻醉诱导。观察并记录2组的肌松作用指标及不良反应,比较其经济性。结果:2组患者起效时间、单个颤搐刺激反应强度最大阻滞程度、气管插管条件比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组均未见明显不良反应发生。国产罗库溴铵成本-效果比(0.850)显著低于进口罗库溴铵(0.959,P<0.05)。结论:国产与进口罗库溴铵均可提供良好的气管插管条件,2组具有相似的肌松起效时间,且安全性较好,但国产罗库溴铵较为经济。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To compare the cost-effectivness of domestic rocuronium vs.imported rocuronium in patients underwent general anesthesia and tracheal intubation of cervical vertebral injury surgery.METHODS:30 cervical vertebral injury patients undergoing surgery under tracheal-intubation general anesthesia were randomly divided into domestic rocuronium group and imported rocuronium group.2 groups were given domestic rocuronium and imported rocuronium to induce anesthesia,respectively.The muscle-relaxing effect index and adverse drug reaction of 2 groups were observed and recorded.RESULTS:There were no significant differences in the on-set time,the maximal blockade extent of single ballism reaction,intubation conditions between 2 groups(P>0.05).There were no adverse reactions in 2 groups.The cost-effectivness of domestic rocuronium(0.850) was lower than that of imported rocuronium(0.959) significantly(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Domestic rocuronium and imported rocuronium can provide sound intubation conditions.They have similar onset time and safety,but domestic rocuronium is more economical than other one.更多还原
