【摘要】 目的:建立测定灵芪蠲肝胶囊中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Phenomenex C1(8250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-1%冰醋酸(32:68),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为320nm,柱温为30℃。结果:阿魏酸的检测浓度在9.84～98.40μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9994);平均加样回收率为99.12%,RSD=0.28%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、易行,精密度、重复性、稳定性好,适用于灵芪蠲肝胶囊中阿魏酸的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of ferullic acid in Lingqi juangan capsules. METHODS:HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Phenomenex C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-1% glacial acetic acid(32:68) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 320 nm and the column temperature was at 30 ℃. RESULTS:The linear range of ferullic acid were 9.84～98.40 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 4) with mean recoveries of 99.12%(RSD=0.28%,n=9) . CONCLUSION:The established method is simple,easy,precise and reproducible with good stability,and it is suitable for the content determination of ferullic acid in Lingqi juangan capsules.更多还原
