【摘要】 目的:建立测定丁葵草中槲皮素含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Agilent TC-C1(8250mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温为30℃,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(55:45,V/V),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为360nm,进样量为10μL。结果:槲皮素进样量在0.039～0.630μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为100.40%,RSD=1.9%(n=6)。结论:本方法准确、快速、简单、重复性好,可用于丁葵草的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of quercetin in Zornia diphylla. METHODS:HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Agilent TC-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% aqueous phosphoric acid solution(55:45,V/V) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 360 nm and injection volume was 10 μL. RESULTS:The linear range of quercetin was 0.039～0.630 μg(r=0.999 9) with an average recovery of 100.40%(RSD=1.9%,n=6) . CONCLUSION:The method is accurate,rapid,simple and reproducible,for the quality control of Z. diphylla.更多还原
