不同剂量米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的近、远期疗效观察

【摘要】 目的:观察不同剂量米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的近、远期疗效及安全性。方法:将我院120例子宫肌瘤患者随机均分为低剂量组和高剂量组,各60例。低剂量组患者应用米非司酮12.5mg·d-1治疗;高剂量组应用米非司酮25.0mg·d-1治疗,2组疗程均为6个月。分别观察2组患者治疗3个月、6个月时的治疗效果,比较不同剂量米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的近、远期疗效。结果:2组患者治疗6个月时的有效率均显著优于治疗3个月时(P<0.05);2组同期有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后瘤体体积显著小于治疗前(P<0.05),但2组同期比较,瘤体体积无显著性差异(P>0.05)。2组均出现少数轻微肝、肾功能异常,停药后均恢复正常。结论:长疗程米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤疗效较好,疗效结果与剂量相关性不高。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the long and short period efficacy and safety of different doses of mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids.METHODS:120 cases of uterine fibroids were randomly divided into low-dose group and high-dose group with 60 cases in each group.Low-dose group was given 12.5 mg·d -1 mifepristone while high-dose group was given 25.0 mg·d -1 mife- pristone for 6 months.Therapeutic efficacies of 2 groups were observed after 3 months and 6 months,and clinical efficacy of different doses of mifepristone for uterine fibroids was compared.RESULTS:The effective rate of 6 months of treatment was significantly better than 3 months of treatment in 2 groups(P<0.05);there were no significant differences between 2 groups at the same time (P>0.05).The tumor volume after treatment of 2 groups was significantly smaller than before treatment(P<0.05);but there were no significant differences between 2 groups at the same time(P>0.05).Both groups had few minor liver dysfunctions,and returned to normal after stopping the drugs.CONCLUSION:The long course of mifepristone has good efficacy on uterine fibroids, which is not associated with drug dosage.
