【摘要】 目的:建立测定蒙药白葡萄中齐墩果酸含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为依利特HypersilODS2(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液(85:15),检测波长为220nm,流速为1mL.min-1,柱温为室温,进样量为20μL。结果:齐墩果酸进样量在1.788～7.152μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为97.95%,RSD=1.28%(n=6)。结论:本方法准确、专属性强、重复性好,可作为蒙药白葡萄中齐墩果酸的含量测定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for the determination of oleamolic acid in Vitis vinifera.METHODS:HPLC method was adopted.The separation was performed on Hypersil ODS2 column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid(85:15) at the flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 220 nm and column temperature was set at room temperature,and the injection volume was 20 μL.RESULTS:The linear range of oleanolic acid was 1.788～7.152 μg(r=0.999 9) with an average recovery of 97.95%(RSD=1.28%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The method is accurate and specific with good reproducibility.It can be applied for the content determination of Vitis vinifera.更多还原
