【摘要】 目的:探讨山东省药品集中招标挂网采购工作的优势和不足,为其下一步的改进和完善提供参考。方法:总结我院药库招标挂网采购的工作流程及重点注意事项,探讨其成功与不足之处。结果与结论:工作流程包括遴选确定药品目录、确定配送企业、制订药品采购计划及网上确认等9步;工作重点包括遴选好药品品种、严格制定挂网采购工作流程以及与商业配送公司建立良好、规范的合作关系;优势包括:简化了药品招标程序,降低了企业的投标成本,使采购工作更规范、快捷并保证了及时供应,利于政府部门的监管等;但在价格制定、数据平台功能、政府监管等方面还有待于进一步完善和提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To discuss the advantage and disadvantage of centralized drug bidding and purchasing with internet and provide the reference of further improvement and perfection.METHODS:We summarized the work flow and key notes of drug bidding and purchasing with internet in our hospital in order to explore its success and deficiencies.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The work flow contains 9 steps,such as selection and determination of drug list and distribution enterprises,establishment of drug purchase plan and online confirmation.The key points of the work include selection of drug types,establishment of strict purchasing flow with internet,establishment of good and standard cooperation relationship between hospital and distribution enterprises.The advantages of drug bidding and purchasing with internet involve several aspects,i.e.simplifying drug biding procedure,reducing bidding cost of enterprise,promoting standard and convenient drug purchase,guaranteeing timely supply and contributing to government supervision,etc.However,drug pricing,data platform function and government supervision should be further improved.更多还原
