【摘要】 目的:观察头孢丙烯治疗儿童急性轻、中度扁桃体炎的有效性和安全性。方法:将120例轻、中度扁桃体炎患儿随机均分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予头孢丙烯(7.5mg·kg-1,bid),对照组给予阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾颗粒(1包或2包,bid)治疗。2组疗程均为7d,治疗后观察2组疗效及安全性。结果:治疗组总有效率(88.33%)明显优于对照组(78.33%)(P<0.05),2组均未见严重不良反应发生。结论:头孢丙烯可有效治疗儿童急性轻、中度扁桃体炎,提高治疗有效率,服用次数少,依从性较好,未见严重不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of cefprozil in the treatment of pediatric acute mild to moderate tonsillitis.METHODS:120 children with acute mild to moderate tonsillitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.In treatment group,60 cases were treated with cefprozil(7.5 mg·kg-1,bid).In control group,60 cases were treated with Amoxicillin clavulanate potassium granules(1 or 2 packets,bid).RESULTS:The total effective rate of treatment group(88.33%) was significantly better than that of that of control group(78.33%)(P<0.05).No serious adverse drug reaction was found in 2 groups.CONCLUSIONS:Cefprozil is safe and effective in the treatment of pediatric acute mild to moderate tonsillitis.更多还原
