【摘要】 目的:制备黄药子凝胶并建立其含量测定方法。方法:采用卡波姆为凝胶基质制备黄药子凝胶;采用高效液相色谱法测定黄药子中活性成分薯蓣皂苷元的含量,色谱柱为Alltech C18,流动相为乙腈-水=75∶25,流速为1 mL.min-1,柱温为30℃,检测波长为303 nm,进样量为10μL。结果:本凝胶质地均匀细腻,容易涂展,黏稠度适宜;薯蓣皂苷元检测浓度线性范围为0.08～0.8mg.mL-(1r=0.999 6),平均加样回收率为98.79%(RSD=0.88%,n=5)。结论:该制剂制备工艺简单,含量测定方法简单、准确、可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To prepare Dioscorea bulbifera gel and to establish the method for the content determination.METHODS:The Dioscorea bulbifera gel was prepared using carbopol as gel matrix.The content of active component diosgenin in Dioscorea bulbifera gel was determined by HPLC.The determination was performed on Alltech C18 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water=75:25 at the flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.The column temperature was 30 ℃ and detection wavelength was set at 303 nm.Injection volume was 10 μL.RESULTS:Dioscorea bulbifera gel was even and delicate,easily painted,suitable viscosity.The linear range of diosgenin was 0.08～0.8 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 6) with an average recovery of 98.79%(RSD=0.88%,n=5).CONCLUSION:The preparation technology is simple,and the method of content determination is simple,accurate and reliable.更多还原
