【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To apply lean management in the information management of TCM dispensary in order to realize fast and error-free dispensary of TCM.METHODS:Problems accompanying small-package and decoction of TCM in our TCM dispensary were analyzed,and corrective improvement measures were proposed.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:The combination of lean management and information management of TCM dispensary leads to quicker and more accurate dispensing than traditional TCM dispensary.It is a perfect integration of TCM,modern information technology and lean management theory.更多还原
