【摘要】 目的比较局麻下手术结束时的眼位和术后24h的眼位,探讨这两次眼位之间的差异。方法 40例局麻下行斜视矫正术的共同性外斜视病例,依据手术前斜视度分成>-60△组和-20△~-60△两组,分析比较手术结束时和术后24h的眼位之间的差异。结果测量两组术后24h平均眼位漂移,33cm分别为-10.85△±5.24△和-11.70△±5.60△;5m分别为-8.45△±4.61△和-7.75△±2.43△,与0比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.001,但两组之间差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论局麻下行共同性外斜视,手术结束时的眼位与术后24h的眼位有显著不同,>-60△组和-20△~-60△组术后视远及视近外斜漂移相似。建议局麻手术术中可将眼位调整至视近过矫+10△~+15△。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare eye measurements of the time at surgery on local anesthesia with the time 24 hours later and to determine whether there was any significant difference between the 2 measurements.Methods Forty patients were received a local anesthesia,and divided two groups of 20 cases each and >-60△group and between-20△ to-60△ group.Measurements using the simultaneous prism cover test were obtained when surgery over and again 24 hours after surgery.Results The mean drift in alignment during the first 24 hours measured was-10.85△±5.24△ and-11.70△±5.60△ at near,-8.45△±4.61△ and-7.2△±4.3△ at distance,and was significantly different from 0,P<0.001,but two groups was not significantly different,P>0.05.Conclusions The ocular alignment of strabismus surgery is significantly different from the 24 hours postoperative alignment.An over-correction of about +10△~+15△ should be made in the immediate postoperative period for concomitant exotropia.更多还原
