纳米银抗菌材料的制备及其抗菌性能研究

【摘要】 目的研究一种负载型银系纳米抗菌剂的制备方法和体外抗菌性能。方法通过离子交换和原位还原法制备纳米银抗菌剂,并采用肉汤稀释法测定该抗菌剂体外抗菌效果。结果利用本实验室确定的工艺制得平均粒径为35 nm、体系均匀的纳米银固体制剂,载银量为质量分数0.89%。该纳米银抗菌剂对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌MIC值依次为50、50和100 mg/L,MBC值依次为100、100和500 mg/L。结论所制备的纳米银抗菌剂颗粒体系均匀,抗菌效果较好。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the preparation method and in-vitro antibacterial activity of the Ag-based supported nanomaterial.Methods The material was prepared by ion-exchange method and in-situ reduction method.The in-vitro antibacterial activity of the sample was tested by broth dilution method.Results The obtained material was even and stable solid dosage form.The diameters of synthesized silver particles were about 35 nm.The content of silver was about 0.89%(mass ratios).Moreover,the MIC of specimen against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were 50,50 and 100 mg/L respectively.The MBC of those were 100,100 and 500 mg/L respectively.Conclusion The antibacterial agent is evenly distributed and possesses excellent antibacterial activity.
