【摘要】 目的了解北京市托幼机构工作人员与幼儿手卫生现状,为规范托幼机构消毒卫生管理提供参考。方法通过现场调查和采样检测方法,对北京市36家托幼机构工作人员及幼儿日常手卫生措施和消毒质量进行了监测与分析。结果所调查的托幼机构有78%以上用流动水洗手和毛巾擦干,所有擦手毛巾都是专人专用。托幼机构工作人员和幼儿手卫生质量合格率为86.97%,擦手毛巾卫生质量合格率为97.92%。结论北京市托幼机构工作人员和幼儿手卫生措施主要是流动水洗手,卫生质量较好,但仍有部分托幼机构未培养幼儿良好的洗手习惯。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the staff and children′s hand hygiene status and to provide reference for the regulation of disinfection management in kindergartens of Beijing.Methods On-site investigation and sampling examination method were used to conduct monitoring and analysis of staff and children′s daily hand hygiene and disinfection quality in 36 childcare institutions.Results More than 78% of the investigated kindergartens washed hands with flow wash and dried hands with towel.All hand towels were special person.The qualified rate of childcare staff and children′s hand hygiene was 86.97% and that of hand towel sanitary quality was 97.92%.Conclusion Washing hands with flow water is the main hand hygiene measures of childcare institutions in Beijing and their hand hygiene quality is good.But still some kindergartens have not cultivated the good habit of children to wash their hands.更多还原
