【摘要】 目的了解医院病房灯开关的污染状况,研究其消毒的时效性。方法通过现场采样和细菌定量检测方法,对本医院病房灯开关污染状况和消毒效果进行了监测。结果该医院病房灯开关平均污染细菌数达到46cfu/cm2,污染超标率为58.7%。用有效氯浓度为500 mg/L的含氯消毒剂稀释液擦拭消毒灯开关,可达到全部合格,且可维持2d保持在卫生合格水平。结论病房内灯开关污染严重,以每2 d用含氯消毒剂擦拭消毒1次,即可保持其卫生质量合格。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the current contamination condition of ward light switch and to study the timing effectiveness of counter-measures.Methods Monitoring the ward light switch contamination condition and the effects of disinfection through sampling on the scene and bacterial quantitative inspective method.Results The average number of contamination bacteria of the hospital ward light switch yeaned to 46 cfu/cm2 and the rate of over-standard of contamination was 58.7%.All could be qualified by using chlorine disinfection dilution of effective chlorine concentration of 500 mg/L to clean the disinfection light switches and could maintain sanitary qualified standard every 2 d.Conclusion There are serious contaminations on ward light switches and their sanitary quality can maintain eligible by using disinfection dilution which contains chlorine to clean them one time every 2 d.更多还原
