【摘要】 目的了解北京某区不同级别医疗机构消毒状况,为加强基层单位消毒管理提供参考。方法采用现场采样和检测方法,对该区各级医疗机构的消毒效果进行了监测。结果 2010年度对该区各级医疗机构采样3 176份,消毒质量平均总合格率为95.9%。以物体表面和使用中消毒剂合格率最高,均达到98%以上。压力蒸汽灭菌效果生物监测合格率为93.2%,医务人员手卫生质量合格率为88.9%。结论北京市某区二、三级医院消毒灭菌质量优于社区和基层诊所等单位,应加强对基层医疗机构消毒管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the disinfection status of medical institutions of different levels in some district of Beijing in order to provide reference for the management of primary disinfection unit.Methods On the spot sampling and detection tests were used to monitor disinfection effect of medical institutions of different levels in some district.Results In year 2010,3 176 copies samples were detected in medical institutions of different levels and the average disinfection qualified rate was 95.9%.The disinfection qualified rates of objective surface were the highest,which were above 98%.The biological monitoring qualified rate of pressure steam sterilization was 93.2% and that of the hygiene quality of medical staff hand was 88.9%.Conclusion The disinfection and sterilization quality of secondary and tertiary level hospitals is better than that of clinics,community and grass-roots units.So disinfection management of primary health care unit should be strengthened.更多还原
