【摘要】 目的了解大型综合医院消毒与灭菌质量状况,找出存在问题,为改进和提高医院消毒管理水平和消毒质量提供依据。方法采用现场采样和细菌定量检测方法,对南京市两所三级甲等医院部分消毒对象进行了抽样监测。结果两所大型综合医院消毒质量除使用中消毒液卫生质量和压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果的合格率为100%之外,其他监测对象的合格率均不高;物体表面消毒质量平均总合格率仅有51.70%,医护人员手卫生合格率也比较低。A医院临床科室室内空气卫生质量合格率呈现下降趋势。结论通过消毒质量监测,了解到大型综合医院消毒管理实际情况,有助于加强管理和改进消毒效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the quality of disinfection and sterilization in comprehensive hospital and find out the problems,in order to provide the basis for improving the management and disinfection quality.Methods Field sampling and bacterial qualitative testing methods were used to monitor the disinfection objects in the two third A level hospital.Results The qualify rates of disinfectant in using and autoclaving sterilization of the two hospital were both 100%.But the qualify rates of other object were not satisfied.The average qualify rate of material surface was only 51.70%,the qualify rate of medical staff’s hand was also low.The qualify rate of air of clinical department was declined.Conclusion By monitoring of disinfection quality,we have known the real status of disinfection management in comprehensive hospital.It can help to enhance management and improve the disinfection efficacy.更多还原
