【摘要】 目的了解深圳市口腔诊疗机构的消毒工作现状,为有效防控口腔诊疗机构经血传播疾病提供依据。方法采用现场调查和采样检测方法,对全市口腔诊疗机构消毒情况进行调查。结果消毒管理方面,本市口腔诊疗机构消毒管理基本情况良好,但在空气消毒或净化设备、消毒灭菌物品包装标识、消毒灭菌效果监测周期等方面存在不足。在消毒效果方面,医护人员手消毒效果合格率为87.98%,物体表面合格率为95.14%,使用中消毒液合格率为99.27%,一次性使用医疗用品合格率为98.20%。结论深圳市口腔诊疗机构消毒效果合格率较高,消毒管理工作存在差距,应加强改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current disinfection status of stomatology institutions in Shenzhen in order to provide basis for preventing and controlling blood-borne diseases.Methods On-the-spot investigation and sampling methods were used to investigate the disinfection status of stomatology institutions.Results The situation of disinfection management in most of stomatology institutions was roughly satisfactory.However,there were some inadequacy in air sterilization or purification equipment,the identification of disinfection and sterilization packaging and monitoring cycle of disinfection and sterilization.For the disinfection efficacy,the disinfection qualified rate of medical staff’ hands,objective surface,disinfectants in use and disposable medical supplies were 87.98%,95.14%,99.27%,98.20% respectively.Conclusion The efficacy of disinfection for stomatology institutions in Shenzhen is optimistic.However,there is insufficiency in disinfection management.So improvement work of disinfection management is necessary.更多还原
