【摘要】 研究了乳制品中硫氰酸钠的快速检测方法及方法的改进。在原本显色剂三价铁离子显色的基础上,引入了指示剂结晶紫、罗丹明B。结果表明,在硫氰酸钠显色定性检测中,引入指示剂后,目标物含量较少的乳制品显色结果更易分辨,提高了硫氰酸钠定性试验的准确度和灵敏度。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studied improvement on a method for rapid determination of sodium thiocyanate in dairy products.On the basis of the color of the orihinal color trivalent iron ions,the indicator crystal violet and rhodamine b were introduced.The results showed that in the qualitative detection of sodium thiocyanate color,after the introduction of indicatior,the target content of dairy products with less color results was easier to distinguish,which could improve the accuracy and sensitivity of sodium thiocyanate qualitative test.更多还原
