化纤行业轻质隔声观察(值班)室的设计和应用

【摘要】 目的探讨轻质隔声观察(值班)室的合理设计对控制化纤行业噪声的有效性。方法结合现场特点,运用新材料、新技术、新方法进行隔声观察(值班)室设计,并评价分析隔声效果和室内空气质量。结果隔声观察(值班)室室外噪声为88~102 dB(A),室内噪声为58~63 dB(A),隔声量达40 dB(A)左右;室内甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯浓度均符合国家标准。结论本文设计的隔声观察(值班)室能有效降低噪声危害风险,且集成度高,安装方便,值得推广和应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the validity of lightweight sound isolation and observation room designed rationally on controlling noise in chemical fiber industry.Methods Based on the working condition,the new materials,techniques and methods were used to design sound isolation and observation room and its effect was estimated.Results The average sound pressure level in outside of the room was 88-102 dB(A),the inside value decreased to 58-63 dB(A),averagely isolating sound about 40 dB(A).The detection results of formaldehyde,benzene,toluene and xylene reached the national standards.Conclusion Sound isolation rooms applied in chemical fiber industry can effectively reduce the risk of noise hazards,and the integrated techniques are worth popularizing and applying.
