【摘要】 目的优选活血汤的最佳提取工艺。方法采用出膏率及总黄酮的含量为评价指标,以正交试验法L9(34)优选提取工艺参数。结果乙醇浓度为主要影响因素,其余均为次要因素。确定最佳工艺为:加70%乙醇8倍量,提取2次,每次1.5 h。结论在所选因素水平范围内,乙醇浓度对本方法提取效果影响最大,所选条件提取工艺稳定、可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the technology of extracting the Huoxue soup.Methods The content of flavonoids and anointed rate were used to be investigation index by L9(34) orthogonal design.Results The concentration of ethanol was the main influence factors,and the others were the secondary factors.The optimum technology was : 8 times volume of 70 % ethanol,two times,1.5 h each time.Conclusion In the chosen factors level range,ethanol concentration is the biggest influence factors,and the selected extraction technology is stability and feasible.更多还原
