【摘要】 目的为了解南宁市传染病报告质量的影响因素,以便采取针对性措施进一步提高传染病报告质量。方法对南宁市医疗机构直报系统运行状况进行调查,应用CHAID方法探讨可能影响医疗机构传染病报告质量的因素。结果共调查197家医疗机构,CHAID模型得出影响医疗机构传染病报告的因素有5个,包括直报人员人数、制度建设情况、传染病报告培训情况、专职直报人员情况、是否将错漏卡片退至报卡科室修改,不同层次的医疗机构受不同因素的影响。结论医疗机构可采取增加网络直报人员人数,重视疫情报告与管理等各项规章制度的建设,加强对医务人员的传染病报告知识培训、落实收报卡制度等措施来提高传染病报告质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The present study is conducted to get the knowledge of the factors influencing the reporting quality of infectious diseases by medical institutions and take effective measures to improve the reporting quality of infectious disease of medical institutions.Methods The operation status of direct reporting network system is investigated in medical institutions of Nanning City.And CHAID(Chi-squared Automatic Interaction Detector) is adopted to explore possible factors influencing the reporting quality of infectious diseases by medical institutions.Results 197 medical institutions were surveyed.Through CHAID model,5 factors that influence quality of infectious diseases report were found:1)The number of infectious diseases reporting personnel; 2) The situation of principle construction; 3) Knowledge of infectious diseases reporting training; 4) The situation of full-time personnel; 5) Returning the wrong and omission card to the reporting department for amending or not.Conclusion Conclusion Medical institutions should improve the quality of infectious diseases report through increasing the number of infectious diseases reporting personnel,paying great attention to construct the principle of infectious diseases report,strengthening the knowledge of infectious diseases report on medical staff training and making card collection and report system available.更多还原
