【摘要】 目的报告2009年大连市大连湾镇疟疾监测点监测结果,为今后疟疾防治工作提供理论依据和建议。方法监测人群疟原虫抗体(IFA),对监测点发热患者进行病原学监测,采用通宵室外人饵诱捕法监测按蚊密度。结果 3名学生间接荧光抗体(IFA)阳性,阳性率为0.97%,血涂片镜检阴性;病原学监测均为阴性;共捕到按蚊4只,占捕蚊总数的1.08%。结论大连市外来人口流动频繁,来自疟区的人员较多,结合疟疾传播媒介的分布及水平,今后存在发生本地病例的隐患,出现暴发疫情的可能性很小,但疟疾防治工作力度仍需加强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To report malaria monitoring result of Dalian Bay area in 2009 and provide references and suggestions for future activities.Method The IFA of the monitored pupils was tested.Aetiological examination of patients with fever in the monitoring site was performed.Anopheline mosquito density was determined by overnight outdoor human attraction method.Result The IFA of 3 pupils was positive and its positive rate was 0.97%.Aetiological results were all negative.4 Anopheline mosquitos were collected,accounting for 1.08% of total mosquitos trapped.Conclusion Taking the distribution and level of transmission media into account,the possibility of epidemic outbreaks of malaria is small.But malaria control in Dalian needs to be improved.更多还原
