【摘要】 目的探讨呼吸内科重症患者的护理干预方法,提高治疗效果。方法选择本院呼吸内科2009年1月～2010年12月收治的重症患者64例。随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各32例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施24h的应急护理措施,比较两组护理效果。结果经护理干预后,观察组pH值改善,血氧分压(PaO2)升高,血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)明显下降,呼吸频率、心率明显改善,与护理前比较差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照组经常规护理后,患者PaO2和PaCO2的变化幅度均比观察组小,pH值、呼吸频率、心率有所改善,各指标与护理前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理后各项临床指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对呼吸内科的重症患者采取正确的护理和抢救,可有效降低患者的病死率,提高其生命质量,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nursing intervention in 64 severe patients of respiratory medicine,so as to improve therapeutic effect.Methods Sixty-four severe patients of respiratory medicine admitted in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2010 were selected.All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each groups had 32 patients.Patients in control group were given routine nursing.Patients in observation group were given 24 h emergency care measures in the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results After the nursing intervention,the pH,PaO2,PaCO2,respiratory rate,heart rate of observation group were all improved,compared with before nursing intervention,the differences were highly statistically significant(P < 0.01).After the routine care,PaO2 and PaCO2 of the control group were not significantly better than those of observation group,the pH,respiratory rate and heart rate were improved.Compared with before nursing intervention,the differences of each index were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The clinical indicator differences between the two groups after nursing intervention were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Proper care and rescue can effectively reduce mortality and improve patients’ quality of life of patients suffered from severe respiratory require,and it is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
