【摘要】 目的探讨人性化护理对提高手术室护理质量的效果。方法选择2010年5月～2011年5月本院收治的126例手术患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组63例,对照组实施常规护理模式,观察组在此基础上实施全面、系统的人性化护理干预,观察两组效果。结果观察组焦虑评分为(31.58±11.04)分,心率为(91.02±10.17)/min,血压为(95.29±11.38)mmHg,均显著低于对照组[(42.49±10.15)分、(109.68±13.41)/min、(112.06±13.42)mmHg](P<0.05);观察组患者满意度及护理质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理应用于手术室护理工作中,可显著提高护理质量,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of humanistic nursing in operation room. Methods One hundred and twenty six patients underwent surgical operation in our hospital from May 2010 to May 2011 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 63) and control group (n = 63), patients in both groups were given traditional model of general nursing,and observation group was given comprehensive and systematic humanistic nursing on the basis, and the clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results In observation group, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score, heart rate, blood pressure were (31.58±11.04) scores, (91.02±10.17)/min, (95.29±11.38) mm Hg,and they were all lower than that of control group [(42.49±10.15) scores, (109.68±13.41)/min, (112.06±13.42) mm Hg] (P < 0.05). Patients’ satisfaction and the nursing quality of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Humanistic nursing applied in the holistic nursing of operating room can improve the quality of nursing, it is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
