【摘要】 目的探讨临床护理干预对帕金森病治疗效果的影响。方法随机选取2010年6月～2011年6月本院收治的帕金森病患者80例,分为观察组40例和对照组40例,两组药物治疗方法相同,对照组未采用临床护理干预,观察组给予系统的临床护理干预措施,经过1年的治疗及护理,比较两组的治疗效果。结果经过1年的护理,观察组治疗总有效率为95.0%,明显好于对照组(87.5%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统的护理干预可明显提高帕金森病患者的治疗效果,明显改善患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical nursing intervention on the treatment effect of patients with Parkinson’s disease. Methods Eighty cases of patients with Parkinson’s disease who were randomly selected from June 2010 to June 2011 in our hospital were divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases), the two groups were given the same drug treatment, control group were not given clinical nursing, while observation group were given clinical nursing intervention, after 1 year of treatment and care, the treatment effect of two groups were compared. Results After 1 year of care, the total effective rate of observation group was 95.0%, which was significantly better than that of control group (87.5%), the differences between the two groups was significantly significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion System of nursing intervention can significantly improve the treatment effect of Parkinson’s disease patients, and can improve the quality of patients’ life.更多还原
