【摘要】 目的探讨舒适护理对提高手术室护理质量的影响。方法研究对象为2010年7月～2011年7月本院收治的198例手术患者,将其随机分为对照组及观察组,每组99例,对照组实施常规护理模式,观察组在此基础上实施全面、系统的舒适护理干预,观察两组的护理效果。结果观察组术中保持正常心态者所占百分比显著高于对照组(P<0.05);术中及术后舒适度观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度及护理质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理应用于手术室护理工作中,可显著提高护理质量,值得临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of comfort care to improve the quality of nursing service in operating room.Methods One hundred and ninety-eight surgical patients received in our hospital from July 2010 to July 2011 were randomly divided into observation group (n=99) and control group (n=99).The control group was carried out of general nursing mode,and the observation group was given the comfort care with comprehensive and systematic on the basis of control group.The effects of two groups were observed.Results The percentage of patients with normal psychology in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group during operation (P < 0.05).Comfort degree during and after operation in observation group was significantly elevated than that in control group (P < 0.05).The satisfaction degreen and the score of nursing quality in observation group was higher than that in control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Application of comfortable care in operating room care can remarkably improve the nursing quality and is worthy of popularization and application.更多还原
