【摘要】 目的探讨3种治疗方法治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的疗效及术后并发症。方法将本院收治的85例肱骨髁上骨折的患儿分为A、B、C组,分别采用闭合复位石膏固定、闭合复位经皮交叉克氏针固定、切开复位交叉克氏针固定。治疗完成后比较3组患儿治疗的优良率,以及肘内翻、神经损伤的发生率。结果 A、B、C组优良率为78.9%、81.8%、80.0%,3组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A、B、C组肘内翻的发生率分别为18.4%、9.0%、12.0%,B组与C组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组显著高于B组及C组(P<0.05),A、B、C组神经损伤的发生率分别为2.6%、4.5%、8.0%,3组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3种治疗方法疗效均较好,应根据不同的骨折类型选择合适的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical efficacy and complications of three methods of humeral supracondylar fractures in children.Methods Eighty-five children of supracondylar fractures were divided into group A,group B,and group C,who were respectively given closedreduction,closed reduction,cross percutaneous pinning and open reduction internal fixation.Excellent-good rate,the incidences of cubitus varus and nerve injury were compared after treatment among the three groups.Results Excellent-good rates of group A,group B,group C were 78.9%,81.8%,80.0%,and there were no significant difference(P > 0.05).Cubitus varus rates of group A,group B,group C were 18.4% 9.0%,12.0%,there were no significant difference between group B and group C(P > 0.05),while group A was significantly higher than group B and C group(P < 0.05).The incidence nerve injury of group A,group B,group C were 2.6%,4.5%,8.0%,which were significantly different(P < 0.05).Conclusion Clinical efficacies of three methods are all good,and we should choose appropriate treatment according to different types of fractures.更多还原
