【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者围生期的有效护理措施。方法对本院的117例妊娠糖尿病患者进行了围生期的护理。结果 117例患者中,有25例采用了胰岛素治疗,效果较好,没有异常的情况出现;9例新生儿轻度窒息,抢救成功;最终,母婴健康出院。结论全面的护理能够预防产后感染,降低孕产妇及新生儿的死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effective nursing care measures to patients during gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) perinatal period.Methods One hundred and seventeen cases of gestational diabetes perinatal patients in hospital were given nursing care.Results There were 25 cases by the insulin therapy in the 117 patients,the effect was good,no abnormalities appeared;there were 9 infants mild choking,which were rescued successfully;finally,the maternal and infant were discharged healthily.Conclusion Comprehensive care can prevent postpartum infection and reduce the mortality rate of maternal and newborn babies.更多还原
