【摘要】 目的观察全身麻醉术后暴露性角膜炎发病情况,及采取综合护理措施的效果。方法共120例需全身麻醉术患者纳入观察,随机分为两组,每组60例。对照组予保持眼睑的洁净等综合护理措施,并外涂金霉素眼膏。观察组予保持眼睑的洁净护理措施,外涂金霉素眼膏,并外用医用水凝胶护眼贴贴敷。观察术后24h后暴露性角膜炎发病情况。结果术后24h回访结果,观察组有2例患者发生结膜红肿,3例黏滞感,3例有异物感,2例出现视物模糊症状,眼部裂隙灯检查球结膜轻度水肿4例,中度水肿2例;对照组有9例发生结膜水肿,11例有黏滞感,13例有异物感,13例出现视物模糊症状,眼部裂隙灯检查球结膜轻度水肿17例,中度水肿9例;在结膜红肿、黏滞感、异物感、视物模糊等主观症状上观察组优于对照组(P<0.05或0.01),在裂隙灯下球结膜水肿的程度上观察组亦优于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论以外用医用水凝胶护眼贴贴敷,结合恰当的护理措施,能有效地预防全身麻醉术后暴露性角膜炎的发生,及减轻暴露性角膜炎的严重程度,具有推广使用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the incidence of exposure keratitis after general anesthesia and the effectiveness of measures taken to integrated care. Methods A total of 120 patients required general anesthesia were included in the observations, were randomly divided into 2 groups, 60 cases in each groups. The control group was maintained a clean eyelid comprehensive nursing care, and treated with chlortetracycline eye ointment. Observation group was maintained a clean and care measures to keep the eyelids, and treated with chlortetracycline eye ointment, and used the medical hydrogel eye paste. Observed the incidence of exposure keratitis after 24 hours of general anesthetics. Results Twenty four hours after, observation group had 2 conjunctival redness patients, 3 cases of viscosity sense, foreign body sensation in 3 cases, 2 patients of blurred vision, 4 cases conjunctival edema with eye slit-lamp examination, moderate edema in 2 cases; control group had 9 patients conjunctival edema, 11 patients had a sense of viscosity, 13 patients had foreign body sensation, 13 patients had symptoms of blurred vision, 17 cases of conjunctival edema with eye slit-lamp examination, 9 cases of moderate edema; in conjunctival redness, swelling, viscosity, foreign body sensation blurred vision and other subjective symptoms on the observation group were better than that of control group (P < 0.05 or 0.01), conjunctival edema in the slit lamp, observation group also were better than that of control group (P <0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion Treated with medical hydrogel eye paste, combined with appropriate nursing interventions can be effective preventing the occurrence of exposure keratitis after general anesthesia, and reducing the severity of exposure keratitis, it is worthy to promotion.更多还原
