【摘要】 目的探讨中性区全口义齿与传统全口义齿的临床效果。方法分析本院口腔科收治的全口义齿患者60例,依据全口义齿制作方法不同分为中性区全口义齿组30例与传统全口义齿组30例。结果中性区全口义齿组面部形态、咀嚼能力、固位稳定、舒适程度、语音功能等满意度均高于传统全口义齿组,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论中性区全口义齿美观、稳固,咀嚼及语音功能良好,值得临床广泛应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical result of complete denture of neutral zone and traditional complete denture.Methods Sixty cases patients of complete denture in our hospital department of stomatology was analyzed,which was to be divided into complete denture of neutral zone group in 30 cases and traditional complete denture group in 30 cases.Results The facial morphology,chewing ability,fixation,comfort level,speech function of degree of satisfaction of complete denture of neutral zone group were higher than traditional complete denture group,the difference were statistical significance,P<0.05.Conclusion The pleasing to the eye,firmly,masticate and speech function of complete denture of neutral zone are good,which is worth clinical application.更多还原
