【摘要】 目的探讨中西医结合疗法治疗牙周病的临床效果。方法将118例牙周病患者随机分为两组,对照组59例采用常规治疗加上甲硝唑片治疗,观察组59例在对照组的基础上加用西帕依固龈液,10d为1个疗程。比较两组临床效果。结果观察组总有效率为96.61%,对照组为88.14%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见严重不良反应发生。结论中西医结合治疗牙周病疗效显著,值得临床大力推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for periodontal disease.Methods One hundred and eighteen patients with periodontal disease were randomly divided into two groups.Fifty nine cases in the control group were treated by conventional therapy and metronidazole tablets,while 59 cases in the observation group were treated by Xipayi Guyinye on the basis of the control group.Ten days were a course.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.61%,the control group was 88.14%.There were statistically significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05).There was no serve adverse reaction in two groups.Conclusion There is prominent curative effect,which of the periodontal disease is treated by the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.It is worth of clinic application.更多还原
