【摘要】 目的探讨不同治疗方法对前列腺癌的治疗效果。方法观察本院收治的前列腺癌患者使用不同治疗方法的治疗效果,观察组39例采用去势手术治疗联合根治术治疗,对照组28例采用根治术治疗。结果观察组和对照组治疗前后前列腺症状评分(IPSS)差异有统计学意义(P值分别为0.01和0.01),观察组3年、5年生存率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根治术联合去势治疗术结合治疗前列腺癌有利于提高患者生存时间和前列腺功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate different methods in the treatment of prostate cancer.Methods Effects of androgen deprivation therapy combined with radical surgery treatment(observation group of 39 cases) and radical surgery treatment(control group of 28 cases) were observed.Results IPSS before and after treatment of the observation group and the control group both had differents,the differences were statistically significant(P = 0.01 and 0.01),3 years,5 years survival rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The radical treatment of postoperative combined castration in the treatment of patients with prostate cancer treatment can improve the patients’ survival time and prostate function.更多还原
