【摘要】 目的探讨康复新液联合炉甘石洗剂治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。方法将107例带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组(55例)和对照组(52例),在均用双黄连粉针注射的基础上,治疗组用康复新液与炉甘石洗剂混合外擦皮损处,对照组仅用炉甘石洗剂外擦皮损部位,2～3次/d,观察皮损干涸结痂及疼痛减轻情况。结果治疗组皮疹结痂及疼痛减轻时间均短于对照组,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论康复新液联合炉甘石洗剂外用治疗带状疱疹疗效确切,且能明显预防皮肤感染,是治疗带状疱疹的一种安全有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with Calamine Lotion in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods One hundred and seven patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into treatment group(55 cases) and control group(52 cases).The patients of two groups were given Shuanghuanglian Powder Injection.Treatment group was given Kangfuxin Liquid combined with Calamine Lotion to rub the lesions skin,while the control group was given Calamine Lotion to wipe the lesions skin,2-3 times a day.The lesions dry scab and pain relief situation were observed.Results The rash crusted and pain relief time of the treatment group were shorter than that of the control group.There were significant differences in the two groups(P < 0.01).Conclusion The effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with Calamine Lotion in the treatment of herpes zoster is good.It can significantly prevent the skin infections,so it is a safe and effective method to treat the herpes zoster.更多还原
