【摘要】 目的总结胃肠道间质瘤的多层螺旋CT(MSCT)影像学表现,提高对胃肠道间质瘤的诊断水平。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的16例胃肠道间质瘤患者的MSCT资料。结果 16例患者中,病灶位于空肠10例,位于回肠4例,位于空回肠交界处2例;单发10例,多发6例。6例GIST肿瘤呈类圆形或椭圆形,边界清,密度均匀4例,瘤内片状低密度及点状钙化各1例;4例GIST肿瘤呈分叶状或不规则形,边界欠清,密度均匀2例,不均匀2例;6例GIST肿瘤呈分叶状、不规则形,分界不清,单发4例,多发2例,瘤内多发不规则低密度3例,局限性低密度区2例,瘤内点状钙化1例。肿瘤动脉期瘤体均明显强化,静脉期持续强化。结论 MSCT可清晰显示肿瘤的大小、形态、密度、边缘及强化情况,对于胃肠道间质瘤的定位和提示诊断都具有非常高的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve diagnostic level by summarizing the multi-slice CT(MSCT) comprehensive image features of gastrointestinal stromal tumor.Methods The multi-slice CT features of 16 patients with GIST confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results Ten of the GIST were from the jejunum,4 from the ileum,2 from the junction of jejunum and ileum.Some cases appeared spherical or oval with well-defined margin,the others appeared slight lobulated or irregular with blurred margin,the density was homogenous or inhomogenous.Patchy low-density area was seen in some cases,1 case appeared spotted calcification.Enhancement was evident in the arterial phase,then continuously enhanced in the vein phase.Conclusions MSCT can provide useful information of the tumors size,shape,density,margin and enhancement.Multi-slice CT is effective in orientation and diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors.更多还原
