【摘要】 类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种常见的慢性、全身性自身免疫疾病,病因复杂多样,就目前所知,归纳起来有遗传因素、微生物感染、激素刺激、吸烟、饮食、寒冷等。其中,遗传因素决定了人体对于疾病的易感性,而微生物感染被认为是类风湿性关节炎的始动阶段。因至今类风湿性关节炎仍无有效治疗方法,对其病因学研究的深入有望为类风湿性关节炎治疗开辟新的前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rheumatoid arthritis is a common chronic, systemic autoimmune disease. The cause of RA is complex and diverse, presently known including genetic factors, microbial infection, hormonal stimulation, smoking, diet, cold and other factors. Among them, genetic factors determine human susceptibility to disease and microbial infection is considered to be the initiating stage of rheumatoid arthritis. As yet no effective treatment to rheumatoid arthritis arising, in-depth study of the etiology is needed to open up a new foreground.更多还原
