【Abstract】 Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is commonly treated as a kind of autoimmune disease.Many approaches have been made for the treatment of RA.However,the side effects are main factor hinder the further application of anti-rheumatic drugs.Therefore,establishment and application of the animal models is an effective method for RA research.Animal model that similar to the pathology of human RA is of great importance.Since different RA models maintain different pathological characteristics,it is meaningful to conduct such a review concerning the current status of RA model.更多还原
