【摘要】 目的:分析硫酸吗啡控释片治疗中重度癌性疼痛的疗效和不良反应。方法:采用硫酸吗啡控释片治疗64例中重度癌痛患者,初始剂量为20～60mg/d,根据疼痛缓解程度进行剂量调整。结果:硫酸吗啡控释片的平均初始剂量为47.5mg/d,平均最大剂量为91.4mg/d,平均维持剂量为85.8mg/d,平均用药天数为26.5d。服药前患者疼痛强度为7.27±1.29,服药7d后疼痛强度为1.61±1.31,总有效率为90.6%,显效率为75.0%。主要毒副反应为便秘(46.9%),其次是恶心(20.3%)、头昏(12.5%)。结论:硫酸吗啡控释片治疗中重度癌痛疗效确切,不良反应可耐受,是目前控制中重度癌痛的理想药物之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the efficacy and toxicities of morphine sulfate controlled-released tablet in treating moderate-severe cancer pain. Methods: Sixty four patients with moderate-severe cancer pain were treated with morphine sulfate controlled-released tablet. The daily initial dosage of morphine sulfate controlled -released tablet started from 20 mg to 60 mg, the dosage was adjusted according to the pain relief degree. Results: The mean daily initial dosage, maximum dosage and maintenance dosage were 47.5 mg/d, 91.4 mg/d and 85.8 mg/d respectively, the mean time of taking tablet was 26.5 days. The pain intensity was 7.27±1.29 before treatment and 1.61±1.31 after treatment. The total response rate was 90.6%, significant response rate was 75.0%. The main toxicities were constipation (46.9%), nausea (20.3%) and dizziness (12.5%). Conclusion: Morphine sulfate controlled-released tablet is effective, convenient and tolerable in treating moderate-severe cancer pain. It is one of the ideal medicines in controlling moderate-severe cancer pain.更多还原
