日用陶瓷抗热震性的检测、影响因素及改善途径
STUDY ON DETECTING STANDARD,INFLUENCING FACTORS AND IMPROVING STRATEGIES FOR THE CRAZING RESISTANCE OF DOMESTIC CERAMICS
【摘要】 概述了日用陶瓷抗热震性的相关检测标准,对比了不同类别日用陶瓷产品的技术要求和检测方法。通过分析影响日用陶瓷抗热震性的因素,提出通过三步法来改善日用陶瓷的抗热震性,包括:一看,观察裂纹的类型;二比,对比问题出现时间点前后原料、工艺、窑炉、气候的变化情况;三排查,对工艺过程进行全流程排查,即原料、配料、粉碎、成形、修坯、烘干、烧成等工艺过程的排查。
【Abstract】 This paper introduced the standard of domestic ceramics,and compared the difference about technical requirements & testing method among different domestic ceramics.In order to improve the crazing resistance of domestic ceramics,we herein analyzed crack types and influencing factors on first.And then we gave three-step method solutions,including observing crack types,comparing the change of technique process,running continuous examinations to check technique process.
