【摘要】 利用线路板污泥、铬铁矿为主要原料,采用探索性试验和正交试验等方法较成功地研制出无钴黑色颜料,较采用化学试剂配制,该方法制作成本低且效果也令人满意。在配制出无钴黑色颜料后还对该颜料进行配釉实验,并进行了相关性能的测试,测试表明该颜料呈色强,化学性能稳定。此项研究工作为线路板污泥的综合利用,提供了新的思路,有良好的节约资源和环保意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cobalt-free black pigment was successfully studied with PCB sludge and chromite as main raw materials,exploratory experiments and orthogonal test methods have been used.Compared to the Synthesis methods using chemical reagents this Synthesis method is the less expensive and the black pigment manufactured by this Synthesis method is also were satisfactory.the experiment of the glaze of preparation by the cobalt-free black pigment have been done.Tests to performance of the pigment show that the Colorability and chemically stable of the pigment are good.This provides a new way of comprehensive utilization PCB sludge and has a good resource conservation and environmental protection significance.更多还原
