城市高架桥建造周期内CO2排放量计算研究
Calculation and Study of CO2 Emissions of Urban Viaduct Engineering Period
【摘要】 在对高架桥建造周期内CO2排放源分析的基础上,建立了高架建造周期内CO2排放量的计算模型。选取上海市沪闵高架桥工程K48-K50跨作为案例进行计算,分析了CO2排放量的分布,同时提出了低碳设计、低碳施工的一些建议。计算结果表明,在高架桥建造周期内,约97%的CO2排放量是在建材生产过程中产生的,其中,51%是钢材生产过程产生的,46%是由混凝土产生的;而在机械施工过程产生的CO2中,近48%是在节段梁蒸汽养护过程中产生的。因此,减少主体结构材料的用量是实现高架桥低碳设计最有效的途径;而改进节段梁的养护方法也是确保预制工艺达到低碳施工标准的关键所在。
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of CO2 emission sources,a calculation model of CO2 emissions of urban viaduct engineering period is set up.The calculation model is applied to the K48-K50 span of Shanghai Humin viaduct project.The distribution of the CO2 emission is illustrated,and suggestions on low-carbon design and construction are presented in this paper.The calculation results show that approximately 97% of the CO2 emission of urban viaduct engineering period is emitted in the manufacturing phase of the construction materials.51% of CO2 emission is from the manufacturing of steel,and 46% is from the manufacturing of concrete.Furthermore,48% of the CO2 emission(in the process of mechanical construction) is due to steam curing of segmental girders.Therefore,the most effective way to realize the low-carbon design of a viaduct is to reduce building material consumption,and the key point in having low-carbon prefabrication is to improve curing technology.
