【摘要】 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病是临床上常见的疾病,己受到人们越来越多的关注。当前主要治疗措施是持续气道正压通气与手术治疗,其中手术治疗创伤较大,部分患者远期效果差;单水平无创正压呼吸机虽有一定疗效,但有的患者耐受性差,因此寻找有效的其他方法非常必要。本文为此综述了当前阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病的治疗进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 OSAS,as a common clinical disease,has been getting increasing attention.Nowadays this disease is treated by continuous airway positive ventilation and operative therapy.Operative therapy has a big wound with poor long-term effects on some patients.Although nasal continuous airway positive ventilation has a determined curative effect,it does not fit for the patients with poor tolerance.So,it is necessary to explore other effective methods.Toward this end,this paper summarizes the current advance in treating OSAS and COPD.更多还原
