保留迷走神经胃癌根治术治疗42例胃癌患者临床疗效观察

【摘要】 目的:探讨保留迷走神经胃癌根治术治疗胃癌患者的临床疗效。方法:收治胃癌患者84例,随机分为保留迷走神经胃癌根治术治疗组(观察组)和传统胃癌根治术治疗组(对照组),每组42例。比较两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果:两组手术时间和术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组首次排气时间及排便时间均少于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为7.1%,显著低于对照组(26.2%),两组并发症发生率情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用保留迷走神经胃癌根治术治疗胃癌患者临床疗效确切,术后并发症发生率低,能够显著改善患者术后的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of vagus nerve-preserving radical operation in the treatment of gastric cancer patients.Methods:84 cases of gastric cancer patients in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 years were randomly divided into vagus nerve-preserving radical operation treatment group(observation group) and the traditional radical gastrectomy treatment group(control group),42 cases in each group,compared the clinical efficacy.Results:The difference of operation time and bleeding volume of the patients between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the first exhaust time and defecation time of patients in the observation group were lower than the control group,the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of patients in the observation group was 7.1%,significantly lower than the control group in 26.2%,the differences of complication rate between two group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using vagus nerve-preserving radical surgery for gastric cancer patients has good clinical curative effect,and has a low postoperative complication rate,can significantly improve the patients’ life quality after operation, it is worthy of further clinical using.更多还原
