匹多莫德口服液治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的临床效果

【摘要】 目的:研究分析使用匹多莫德口服液治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的疗效。方法:收治儿童反复呼吸道感染患儿58例,使用随机数字表将患儿随机分为两组,对照组仅给予常规治疗,试验组在对照组治疗基础上给予匹多莫德口服液治疗,观察对比两组患儿治疗效果。结果:试验组患儿总有效率高于对照组患儿,P<0.05;试验组患儿呼吸道感染的复发次数低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:采用匹多莫德口服液治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染能够提高治疗效果降低复发率,是一种安全有效的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the efficacy of the use of horses the Duomo De oral treatment of children with recurrent respiratory infections.Methods:The hospital in July 2008 to December 2009 58 cases of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection patients as subjects.Using a random number table,patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group received conventional therapy,the experimental group in the control group on the basis of given pidotimod oral treatment,observation of the two groups were compared patient outcomes.Results:The patients always higher than the control patients,P<005;experimental group of respiratory tract infections in patients with relapse rate is lower than the control group(P<005).Conclusion:pidotimod oral treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections can improve treatment effect to reduce the relapse rate is a safe and effective drugs.更多还原
