儿科病房开展优质护理服务的效果观察

【摘要】 目的:探讨儿科病房开展优质护理服务活动的效果。方法:采用问卷调查的方法,对儿科病房开展"优质护理服务"活动前后3个月的患者及家属各随机抽60例进行满意度调查,收集护理部与科室按护理质量标准对护理工作质量进行检查并记录在案的护理工作存在的问题,比较活动前后患者及家属对护理工作的满意度及护理工作存在问题的情况,进行统计学处理。结果:开展优质护理服务活动后,患者及家属的满意度高于活动前,护理工作存在的问题少于活动前(均P<0.05)。结论:开展优质护理服务可以改善护理服务,提高患者及家属的满意度;可以减少护理工作存在的问题,提高护理质量。更多还原
