硅油填充曲安奈德眼内注射联合维生素使用疗效分析

【摘要】 目的:对复杂性视网膜脱离玻璃体切除联合硅油填充加曲安奈德玻璃体腔注射治疗,术后使用维生素辅助治疗的疗效分析。方法:将41例患者(41眼)随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组采用玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术和曲安奈德注入,术后使用维生素;对照组为玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术。结果:治疗组18例(90%)术后视力均有不同程度提高,19例(95%)视网膜复位成功,术后无明显并发症。结论:此方法简化了手术方式,减少术中术后并发症,大大提高了手术安全性,明显提高视网膜脱离的手术复位成功率,是治疗复杂性视网膜脱离的一种有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling+intravitreal triamcinolone injection for treatment of complicated retinal detachment,and postoperative use of vitamin analysis of the efficacy of adjuvant therapy.Method:41 cases(41)were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.The treatment group were treated with vitrectomy with silicone oil tamponade and triamcinolone acetonide injection,postoperative use of vitamin;control group,vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade.Result:Treatment group,18 cases(90%),postoperative visual acuity improved to varying degrees,19 cases(95%),retinal detachment were no significant complications.Conclusion:This method simplifies the surgical approach to reduce postoperative complications,and greatly improve surgical safety,significantly improved the surgical reduction success rate of retinal detachment,is an effective method of treatment of complicated retinal detachment.更多还原
