间歇充气压力系统在预防妇科围术期深静脉血栓形成中的作用和护理

【摘要】 目的:研讨间歇充气压力系统(IPC)在预防妇科围手术期下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成中作用和护理。方法:将术后患者300例随机分为对照组和观察组,150例术后使用IPC,150例未使用IPC。结果:使用(IPC)DVT发生率低于未使用(IPC),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:IPC在妇科围手术期深静脉血栓(DVT)形成方面有预防作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of IPC on the prevention of gynecological perioperative DVT.Methods:300 gynecological postoperative patients were randomly assigned to experimental group who received IPC and control group who didn’t.Results:The incidence of DVT in experimental group is significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:IPC can be used to prevent gynecological perioperative DVT.更多还原
