【摘要】 目的:探讨应用气囊扩张阴道-托肛法相结合保护会阴的方法在分娩过程中的优势。方法:2005年1月～2007年12月收治顺产孕妇640例,实验组320例采用气囊扩张阴道结合托肛法保护会阴,对照组320例采用托肛法保护会阴,比较这两种方法的优缺点。结果:实验组产妇会阴完整数显著高于对照组,而产妇会阴Ⅰ度裂伤和侧切率明显降低。结论:气囊扩张阴道-托肛法相结合保护会阴的方法较单纯托肛法有明显的优势,其在保护会阴完整、减少会阴裂伤、降低会阴侧切率,减轻产妇痛苦、提高产科质量中有重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the advantages of the Balloon expansion of vagina combining anal entrusted in the protection of perineum during childbirth.Methods: Chose 640 cases of pregnant women in hospital from January 2005 to December 2007,320 cases of the experimental group used Balloon expansion of vagina combining anal entrusted to protect the perineum,320 cases of the control group used simple anal entrusted to protect the perineum,comparison the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods.Results: Compare the experimental group to the control group,the integrity of the perineum is significantly higher,but the risk of Ⅰ degree perineum laceration and perineum lateral incisor are obviously lower.Conclusion: The Balloon expansion of vagina combining anal entrusted to protect the perineum is better than the simple anal entrusted.It plays an important role in protecting the perineum integrity,reducing perineal laceration,and lower the rate of perineum lateral incisor.It can reduce the pain and improve the life quality of the maternal and is worth clinical application.更多还原
